Client portal and signature

Your clients can follow the story, too.

The Flolya portal brings together the proposal and client-facing contractual documents. Clients can review the presentation, access electronic signing and find the applicable contract alongside its history.

How it works in your studio

  1. 1

    Open the proposal

Share access to the published proposal. Your client finds the presentation in a mobile-friendly interface, with the visual and commercial details you have prepared.

  2. 2

    Sign the document

Electronic signing is integrated with SignWell. Published documents are frozen, so later changes to your preparation do not alter the content your client accepted.

  3. 3

    Keep a readable history

The portal separates the proposal from the contract and its history. When an amendment is required, it follows its own publishing and signing process before joining the event’s retained documents.

A presentation can evolve. A commitment remains traceable.

Internal production changes are distinct from changes affecting the client. If a sold quantity, price or contractual term changes, prepare the corresponding amendment. A version awaiting signature does not replace the applicable signed contract.

E-signing florist contracts: what you need to know

Your questions, answered.

Does the portal work on a phone?
Yes. Clients can review proposals on mobile. Creative presentations use an adapted reading layout, and contractual documents remain accessible from the portal.
Does an unsigned amendment replace the contract?
No. The signed contract remains applicable until the client signs the amendment. A draft, published, expired or abandoned amendment does not automatically replace existing commitments.
Are signatures unlimited?
Signature allowances depend on your plan. Check the pricing page for the applicable limits and choose a plan suited to your event volume.
