Does Flolya sell flower subscriptions?

Flolya is software for florists. You remain your client’s service provider, setting your own offer, prices and terms. The module helps you manage the subscriptions you sell.

Do I have to send a quote through Flolya?

No. If you have already agreed the terms with your client, you can create an active subscription without sending a quote through Flolya. You can also prepare a quote in the software and wait for acceptance before the service starts.

How do I access the module and check pricing?

The Flower subscriptions module is in beta in the Studio workspace. Plans, trial conditions and included capabilities are listed on the Pricing page. Creating a Flolya account does not itself purchase flowers from a florist.

How it works in your studio

Define what you deliver
Choose the client, location, arrangements and schedule. Set the price, duration and delivery terms to prepare an offer that fits how your shop works.
Start with or without a quote
Send a quote through Flolya to collect your client’s agreement. If the subscription is already agreed, start managing it directly without sending a new quote: nothing is sent to your client at this step.
Track deliveries and invoices
Find dates and arrangement details in the delivery-round views. Follow each subscription’s deliveries and billing; invoices can be managed in Flolya or externally, according to the configured billing mode.

In practice

Prepare the week with the right details.

Week and month views show upcoming visits. When a requirement changes, find the arrangements, location instructions and deliveries still to schedule. Exceptions and rescheduled visits stay linked to the relevant subscription.
