Subscription questions

When does billing start?
No card is required to start. The trial starts on Pro monthly and you can change plans from your settings. Without a payment method after 30 days, the trial simply ends and nothing is charged.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, directly from your studio settings. During the trial, the change is immediate and free. Afterwards, Flolya shows the amount and effective date before confirmation.
How do annual quotas work?
Event and signature quotas cover a 12-month period whether you choose monthly or annual billing. They renew at the beginning of each new annual subscription period.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, during the trial and afterwards. If you have not added a card, the trial simply ends and nothing is charged.
Is incoming electronic invoicing included?
Yes. Essential and Pro let you connect your business to Super PDP to receive electronic supplier invoices in Flolya.
