- Does Flolya replace my POS?
- No. Flolya is built for events and quoted work (weddings, corporate, sympathy): events, priced recipes, proposals and e-sign. Your shop till stays in place.
- Can I send branded proposals?
- Yes. Your shop colours, logo and typography apply to proposals. You build content with blocks (visuals, quote, FAQ, custom copy).
- Are generated quotes compliant in France?
- Flolya pre-fills mandatory details (identity, SIRET, validity, excl./incl. VAT, VAT or art. 293 B) from your settings. Line-by-line detail is frozen on the document sent to the client.
- How does e-signature work?
- You publish a proposal with a secure link. The client reviews, opens the contract PDF and signs online. You are notified once the signature is recorded.
- What happens after the signature?
- Flolya generates the event’s purchase list: stems by variety, supplies and buying totals, with a wholesaler-ready PDF. You then track deposits and payments from the event.
- Do I need a card to start the free trial?
- No. You can try Flolya for 30 days without a payment method. Add a card only if you want to keep your studio after the trial.
- Can I cancel afterwards?
