Catalog and recipes

Your ideas take shape, stem by stem.

A floral composition is also a recipe to prepare. In Flolya, bring together the flowers, materials and quantities you need, then review their costs. Your catalog and templates become a working foundation for each new event.

How it works in your studio

  1. 1

    Start with a ready-made catalog

Flolya already includes a catalog of flowers and supplies so you can start building recipes immediately. If a variety or item is missing, add it with your own information and expand the catalog as your studio needs it.

  2. 2

    Create the composition

Add ingredients and specify quantities. Distinguish the needs of a single composition from the number required for the event: one centerpiece recipe can support several tables.

  3. 3

    Reuse your expertise

Save recipes you want to use again as templates. Adapt them to a new palette, budget or season while building on the preparation work behind your previous designs.

The catalog feeds the recipe. The recipe informs purchasing.

The ingredients used to cost your compositions also help prepare the quantities required for the event. Connect creative work, cost analysis and purchasing preparation, while keeping room to adjust the recipe for production.

How to price a floral arrangement

Your questions, answered.

Can I plan several copies of a composition?
Yes. The recipe describes one composition and its ingredients. The number of compositions planned for the event then informs the corresponding requirements, such as several identical centerpieces.
Can recipes become templates?
Yes. Reuse recipe templates and adapt them for a new event. They provide a starting point without requiring you to offer the same composition to every client.
Does my client see my internal recipe?
Internal ingredient and cost work is separate from the commercial presentation. The proposal shows client-facing information; internal production details are not part of the client’s contractual history.
