How it works in your studio
- 1
Start with the costs you enter
Ingredients and quantities form the recipe cost. The quality of the calculation depends on your information: include the products and materials actually required for the composition.
- 2
Put the price in perspective
Review costs and margin indicators while preparing your estimate. Adjust ingredients or selling prices according to your commercial approach, before the quote is sent.
- 3
Review the whole project
Consider the compositions alongside the event budget. The estimate helps you weigh different designs, quantities and services before building the client-facing proposal.
The quote begins with the recipe.
A substituted ingredient, a revised quantity, an additional composition: preparation evolves. Flolya helps you read those changes in the context of the event. Entered costs support planning; they do not replace tracking every expense of your business.

How to price a floral arrangementYour questions, answered.
- Does Flolya choose my prices?
- You remain in control of your estimate and selling prices. Cost and margin information helps you make decisions appropriate to your studio, positioning and service.
- Is the displayed margin my final profit?
- It depends on the costs and prices entered in Flolya. Profit also depends on business expenses that may not be included in the estimate. Check your approach alongside your financial records.
- Can a recipe change after signature?
- Internal preparation can evolve. Changes to client-facing commitments, such as a sold quantity or price, instead follow the amendment process. An internal adjustment does not silently change a signed document.
